How the Coaching Process Works?

Let's Achieve Your Fitness Goals Together

Step 1: Initial Call & Session Booking
Start with a short call to understand your goals, training history, and availability. If we’re a good fit, you’ll book an in-person assessment session to experience how I coach and train.

Step 2: In-Person Assessment & Movement Analysis
During your assessment session, we’ll go through your current strengths, weaknesses, mobility, and technique.

Step 3: Personal Training & Nutrition Support
Going forward, you’ll train
1–2 times per week on a 1-to-1 basis (or in 1-to-2 sessions, depending on your package).
You’ll receive a clear training structure, ongoing coaching, and a nutrition plan that supports your lifestyle, energy, and recovery..

Step 4: Clear Goals, Standards & Monthly Reviews
We set clear performance and body composition goals from the start. Each month, we review your progress using check-ins, performance markers, and
InBody composition scans to track results and consistency.
I coach to a high standard, and I expect the same level of commitment from my clients.
