Getting started with a personal trainer can feel like a big step, especially if you’re new to the gym. That’s why I’ve put together answers to the most common questions I get from beginners here in Archway.
✅ Absolutely. Most of my clients start with little or no gym experience. We’ll begin with the basics, focus on form, and build your confidence step by step.
