Getting started with a personal trainer can feel like a big step, especially if you’re new to the gym. That’s why I’ve put together answers to the most common questions I get from beginners here in Archway.

I’m a complete beginner - is this for me?

✅ Absolutely. Most of my clients start with little or no gym experience. We’ll begin with the basics, focus on form, and build your confidence step by step.

What should I bring?

✅ Just comfortable trainers, a bottle of water, and a positive mindset. Everything else is taken care of.

Where are you based?

✅ Sessions are held in Archway (right next to Archway Station). Convenient and local, so it fits your lifestyle.

What happens in the consultation?

✅ First, we’ll have a quick phone call to chat about your goals and answer any questions. Do you provide nutrition plans?

✅ Yes, but not rigid diets. I’ll show you how to enjoy food you love while still making progress with a flexible, sustainable approach.

How quickly will I see results?

✅ Many clients notice more energy and better mood within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible changes usually come after 6–8 weeks with consistency.

What if I can’t commit long-term?

✅ That’s okay. Start with a trial or a short plan. Once you see results, you’ll naturally want to continue.
